The procedure established by ARRIBAS GLOVES ensures a total confidentiality. However, the use of this procedure forces us to remember that the imputation of facts, with knowledge of its falseness or with despised towards the truth, can derive in criminal or civil responsibilities in the terms contemplated on the actual law.

EMPLOYEES
Prohibition of Child Labour
ARRIBAS GLOVES does not employ anybody below the legal age. Minor is conceived a person younger than 16 years. If local Law imposes another age limit, the firm ARRIBAS GLOVES will respect this limit..
Prohibition of forced Labour
ARRIBAS GLOVES will not permit any kind of forced labour.
ARRIBAS GLOVES will recognize the right of its employees to abandon their working place if they have informed of it beforehand.
Prohibition of discrimination
ARRIBAS GLOVES must not apply any discriminatory practice in the contracting, payment, access to training courses, promotion, expiration of contract or retirement based on the race, caste, creed, nationality, religion, age, mental or physical disability, genre, marital status, sexual orientation and/or politic affiliation.
Prohibition of abuse or inhuman treatment
ARRIBAS GLOVES will treat its employees with dignity and respect. The firm will not consent any kind of physical punishment, harassment, racial abuse, verbal or power abuse will not be consented or any other way of abuse or intimidation.
Security and hygiene
ARRIBAS GLOVES will provide its workers with a safe and healthy working place, giving guarantees of a minimum light, ventilation, hygiene, protection against fire, security measures and access to drinking water.
The employees must have clean toilets with drinking water. When it is required by the installations, the working place must have the necessary facilities to keep their food.
ARRIBAS GLOVES will adopt the necessary measures to prevent accidents and harms against the health of their employees, minimizing, whenever it is possible, those risks inherent to the own labour.
Respect to the freedom of association and collective negotiation
ARRIBAS GLOVES guarantees its employees the association, affiliation and collective negotiation rights, without taking reprisals against them or paying the employees with the purpose of hindering the exercise of such rights.
Salary
ARRIBAS GLOVES must guarantee that the monthly wage paid to its employees is at least the same to the minimum imposed by the Law or to the one established by the collective agreement, if this one is higher. Nevertheless, the before mentioned salary must be enough to cover, at least, the basic needs and those that could be considered as reasonable additional needs of the employees and their families.
ARRIBAS GLOVES will give to its employees, at the momet of their contracting, written and understandable information about their salary conditions.
Working Schedule
ARRIBAS GLOVES will adapt to the durability of the working day in such a way that it will never be higher than the limits of the permitted schedule
ARRIBAS GLOVES will not demand its employees to work more than 48 hours per week, as a general rule.
The overtime must be voluntary and will not exceed the maximum established by the actual National Law.
Environmental commitment
ARRIBAS GLOVES will keep an constant commitment with the protection of the environment and Hill carry out the Standards and demands established by the local and international Law.
Data Confidentiality
The employees of the firm ARRIBAS GLOVES will refrain from using for their own benefit or from informing anyone of any data, information or document obtained in the working period in the firm.
